To reserve your spot on my editing calendar, I require a $300 non-refundable deposit. This ensures I can dedicate the time and focus your manuscript deserves. Half of the remaining balance is due when you send me your manuscript, and the final payment is required before you receive your completed developmental edit. This structure protects your investment while also allowing me to give your project the attention it needs from start to finish.

For a standard-length manuscript (around 70,000–90,000 words), a manuscript evaluation is typically completed within 3 weeks, while a full developmental edit takes about 5 weeks. This timeline allows me to give your novel the careful, detailed attention it deserves so you receive thorough, actionable feedback.
